Pedro Julien is a Brazilian interactive art director and visual artist, working as director and designer for many projects around the globe. Currently working in mpp interativa, as senior art director with companies like Oi, one of Brazil’s largest telecommunications companies, Ipiranga It is the largest private company in the fuel distribution segment in Brazil and the second among all distributors, Peugeot and other ones.
About four years experience concepting, creating, especially learning digital experiences and technologies. Working in several projects around the world for big brands lately like MTV, iDN Magazine, UU Theory, Computer Arts and small companies like Audiobaum Records. I am truly motivated by passion in what I do, no matter where, or what. My core design skills are layouts design, grid systems, typography, illustrations & manipulations. Combining engaging ideas and strategic thinking with simple design and intuitive feelings. Always making things to provide real benefit to clients and consumers.
• I must confess, i love typography, but im trully addicted in the art of calligraphy (beauty written), this one rocks my mind.
• Im passionate by a good illustration & manipulation, by digital or traditional media.
• Photography also is a greeeeaat business, sometimes it makes my day shine brighter.
• Less isn’t more, less is less and more is more, PERIOD. People often hide behind this jargon.
• A short time ago I discovered that the colors go beyond what we can imagine, its full of power.
I really believe in the efficiency of design in a daily life of the peoples around the world. So I work with strong and love to bring a better quality of life to all of us.
